Changing player avatar

Is there anyway to do this? I've hunted through the the settings but I'm not finding anything. I really don't want my avatar to be stuck as a woman.

Nope, not sure if its planned or not. Even customisation would be nice.

It's definitely a plan, and will be customiseable too. Very soon I'm going to replace the girl trainer with a generic silhouette until I can get the proper avatar art added in.
