Who Owns this Thoroughbred!?

I trained this filly for Thundering Hooves and then I am told once shes has done training that Thundering Hooves does not own her anymore? Who actually owns this filly?

If I do not hear my rules come into play where after 1 week if the owner hasn't picked up the horse it is sold on.
