Hello!
I've begun the great journey that will be the Appaloosa! It's going to be quite a trip, stopping at the Andalusian, Friesian, Mustang, Thoroughbred, Quarter Horse etc, so if our breeding paths happen to cross I'd be more than willing to form some friendships and help out!

Hello! I'm trying to make my way to appaloosas too. I'm getting pretty close to having some Mongolians right now

hi i am trying to breed appaloosas too! it is good to know that i am not alone. at the moment i am try ing to get WAB and Sorraia but it is harder that i thought i am always happy if you can give me advice or help me out with a mare or a stallion. i would love to help you out too if you need something! when i have luck i will defenitely tell you feel free to message me

I'm looking to work towards breeding appaloosas as well! I'm glad others are joining the cause. I'm thinking I'm going to start working towards creating a Spanish Barb first. If anyone can help, or needs help themselves, feel free to message me!

I'm working towards Mustangs and am now in the process of getting some Spanish Jennets, which shouldn't take too long! not that they'll really help you this early in, ha. Ultimately I really want some Pintabians too, so I think our paths will cross quite a bit, but I decided that was too ambitious for me to start with :p

Count me among those headed toward Appies. I'll probably take a side trip through the Spanish breeds along the way, though.

All of the Appaloosas (and paints) that I've seen don't have the color so integral to the breed? Will that happen eventually? Does anyone have a spotted Appaloosa?
