What happened to Spotted Drafts? On the news feed one of the options in the Adoption Center is Spotted Drafts, but I've looked everywhere and they don't exist?!?

They don't exist on the game. The Spotted Draft is not an actual breed, rather it's a coat phase for draft-style horses. Leopard Complex on a draft horse is what makes the Spotted Draft on the game. That may or may not change in the future, if and when we are able to add our own personalized breeds into the game.
