Quest Breeding

Post by Kingsley »

I'll be buying new blood from the Adoption Centre and then using them to work towards all the breeding quests. Probably will take me awhile, but fun challenge. If anyone is also working towards any of the quest breeding, feel free to let me know and I'll try to help if I can. :)

Current main pasture for base breeds: http://www.horseworldonline.net/farm/pasture/114190

Also I do wonder about the breed books. Has it been made where you can return them to unused storage yet or not? They do tend to clutter things up if you have too many when trying to judge your more populous breeds.

As one who is right smack dab in the middle of questing all of the breed quests, I can say it's quite the undertaking. And that you'll need to use a backup account to hold on to the breeds you will need 'again'.

I have found that making a list of all of the requirements for each breed is easiest to utilize and not the breed books themselves.
I actually purchased all of the breed books on one account, made a chart with the req's in spreadsheet then bought just the one's I needed to estimate height on the account I'm using to quest these breeds.

There is no way, except to sell back to the market at a severe discount, to get rid of inventory items right now.

I also recommend working through Silverine's topic, it appears to be helping others quest through the breeds with less returning... it doesn't help me, I'm way too deep.

Oh thanks so much for all the tips, BlackOak2. :) I've been playing the game awhile and made a few breeds, but after return from a long medical hiatus...I want a big challenge to motivate me. This is all great advice. I already have a backup account for storage, so I'll try to expand there and buy breed books there. I also have Google Drive so I'll pull up some new documents to just record breed books so I won't have to flip back and forth between accounts except for storage placing/returning.

Will now go through Silverine's topic since I'm just getting started rather being in too deep lol. Thanks again.
