I am looking for a private trainer! Again!

My current private trainer is too busy and I need one again!

My requirements for a private trainer
- can train under 4 HWO years
- can train in less than a real life day
- agrees with the pricing of 25K per horse
- Trains my horse to 99.5% in all stats
I will pay $15,000 for the first two, and $20,000 to $25,000 for each horse from now on.
