Adoptable Feathered Forest Horses?

I swear I used to be able to find adoptable Forest Horses with this (http://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/14046) standard of feathering about every two refreshes pretty easily, but I've not seen a single on in my past few attempts of spam refreshing looking for them in last couple of days.

Have feathered forest horses been removed from the adoptions, or have they stopped spawning, or am I just going crazy?

They are quite rare in the adoption center but they do exist. If refreshing the search is not making any feathered forest horses to appear it sometimes works to adopt one or more horses so that a new horse can spawn in the adoption center that, if you're lucky, will have feathered legs.

Some horses grow feathers later in life. AC Forest Horses might not be old enough yet to show feathering.
