Looking for Private Trainer *Urgent*: Will pay $$$!!

Hello All!
My name is Honeybunny and I am the owner and operator of Golden Meadows (home of the {GM} & HB brands)
I am currently looking for a private trainer who has plenty of training experience and is honest, fair and above all nice! I am a breeder of Arabians, Belgians, Lipizzaners & Spanish Normans! So I will have a lot of training for you to do! I sell many of my horses but I keep all fillies and colts that meet my standards! All the horses you train will be champed and none will be of low quality!

What I am looking for in a trainer:
1. Kind
2. Competent
3. Reasonably Fast (I totally understand having a busy schedule, I am a mom to a five year- old and a equine vet student so I am often busy)
4. Understanding of my price ranges (more below)
5. Skilled
6. Honest
7. Communicative (tell me when you are going to be gone for a long time/ about training schedule)

My prices:
*Note* I am a breeding farm so money is touch and go... I will always make sure that you get paid but it may not be in full every time on every horse. (example training cost $10,000 I can only pay $5,000... except I will pay you the next horse)
1. I am looking for a trainer who will charge only around 15K per horse at first... you will get a raise once you are off my trial period of 1 month (IRL month) or 15 horses whichever comes first.
2. Your pay will increase to 20-30K depending on horse and horse's age. (The longer you work for me the higher your wages)
3. I will often give you a bonus when a well trained rare sells often 1/2 of the sale price! (I.E. 200K sale price you get 100K!)
