What is the gestation period of a foal in this game please?

10-13 months seems like. There is some randomness built in on it, and I haven't counted how many months, but I have certainly seen foals born within those ranges.

It's not that bad. Each game "day" ages the horses 2 weeks, so it's between 20-24ish days for a new foal. If you do local shows and win extra days, you can have your foals really quickly.
