Certainly appears to be.
I'm not really great on my dilutions, but this is the conclusion I'd come to.

Plus I don't see any other genes affecting him. There may be flaxen involved however. There is a distinct discoloration to the lower legs that could be related to flaxen... or... because I'm not perfect on dilutions, it could just be the way this gold cream appears.
