He is too young. Horse's blow their foal coat at 1 year. Deciding what color they have as a newborn and during their first year before their first birthday is best left to the breeder. After all, the breeder should be able to recognize what their own bloodlines generally throw.

He is most likely bay with dun and pangare.

Silverado appears to be a silver amber cream. Silver with a single cream paired with champagne on a bay base.
