So i have an arabian mare with a +4 next to her breed but i have seen other numbers like 3 and 6. What do these numbers mean?

Re: Plus numbers next to horses breed?
This number means how many generations the horse is a purebred.abby0500 wrote:So i have an arabian mare with a +4 next to her breed but i have seen other numbers like 3 and 6. What do these numbers mean?
When you create a "new breed" it will start as a [+1]
If you breed it to another purebred horse the offspring will be a [+2]
EX.
Thoroughbred is bred to a [North African Barb X Arabian]
The offspring is now a [+1] Cleveland Bay
The CB [+1] is bred to another Cleveland Bay
Offspring is now a [+2]
But if the CB [+2] is bred to any other breed the [+2] is lost
CB [+2] X TB results in [Cleveland Bay x Thoroughbred]
but if you breed the CB [+2] to another pure CB
you will get a Cleveland Bay [+3] And so on and so on
Hope this helps!
