What exactly does this mean?

It has not yet been added to the game.
What exactly it will encompass is debatable.
It's supposed to be something along the lines of renting out another players training skills... or something similar.

Yep, I hope around that time we can have twins or a training system.

Interesting, but how will that even work out? How do you "rent" someone's skills? Sounds a bit odd to me.

I do too...like why have it when it hasn't been added to the game yet? I am rather confused LOL.

That would be awesome to have twins at some point as well. At first when I was looking at it I thought it was there for the purpose of getting a partner in the game.Like where you collaborate in training and upgrades. Not sure though.
