How do I get more horses?

Hello! I have a problem. I don't know how to get more horses, I have 3, because that's the limit I have, but how do I get more? Thank you for your help!

In order to get more horses you have to go to Player>Skills>Horse Ownership>Scroll till you see Basic Horse Management: +1 to maximum horses you can own>Study Course
