This would be nice. Brood/Stud and/or Showing, and the ability to set privileges.

I'd really like this, since I really have little interest in the showing aspect of the game, but showing would increase the value of my breeding stock.

I definitely support!
On a different game I played on years ago, they had a very successful leasing system in place. We could set privileges and max time away (maybe on here, we could have custom/presets limited to a certain # of turns/age [like with making offers on horses & how an offer can expire if a horse ages past the set age a buyer has set]). Those leasing the horse could also send the horse back early, if it was no longer needed/desired.
That all said, I think it would be immensely useful to players!
If the search is ever updated to be one huge search engine, or more search engines are added... a lease search option might be useful, as well. Players could select an option in their horses profiles that marks the horse up for lease (similar to selling/placing a stud up for breed). Those looking to lease a horse could then make an offer (maybe include a small message box to list intentions/ideal privileges & time away?), and if the owner accepts the amount and desired terms (which they would need to select themselves), the horse will then be moved to the leasee's stable. Quick and somewhat easy, if that's all understandable? ^^

Ugh, it's been a while but I fully support this. Like when you put them up, you select Brood Lease or Show Lease, you enter price per turn/every other turn, start date, end date, if it's a Brood Lease for more than 1 year, how many foals they can have, if it's a Show Lease, how many competitions they can be in, etc.
I know it's been 2 years, but I still like this idea.
