Need A good Home For My Horse!

Hello everyone! I love this horse but sadly I am a breeding farm and need to use my turns! My other acc has max number of horses and I need someone to take him! As I have used him many times and love him dearly I have requirements:
1- Do not use him for stud unless you ask first!
2- You do not age him fast (use a frozen acc)
3- Make sure he is happy and is in a paddock with other horses.
4- You must NEVER sell him. If you can't keep him anymore please return him.
I will be checking to make sure these requirements are being followed.
