Bank Balance Warning

Since some might not pay close enough attention to their funds, it would be helpful if the color of our bank balance changed to yellow or red when it was getting low. I figure a good warning point would be when you dropped below however much money we start he game with (10k? 20k?).

This is a good idea and a fairly simple change. Let me see about implementing it.
