Eval help! Horse is in height range but eval says poor

So I have an arabian stallion who is over 10 years old that I bred, his eval has always said his Arabian Eval for height is poor, but he has matured to 15.3hh which is in the correct range? It even says 14.0hh to 15.3hh right on the eval then says 15.3hh(poor) for his result? Is this a glitch or what? Thanks!

It's not a glitch. Just because the evaluation height range may say 14.0hh to 15.3hh, it doesn't include the tall 15.3hh horses (those horses that are over 15.3hh but aren't yet 16.0hh).

There is an unseen decimal behind that tenths of a place.

So the evaluation cuts off at exactly 15.3hh and your stallion is just over the 15.3hh but does not meet the 16.0hh height, therefore his height is labeled at 15.3hh.
