that white markings have been introduced to the game as well. (The second post)
Is this true?
Also, when will other paint patterns be added such as overo, or my personal favorite, splash white?

As far as we know, white markings have not yet been introduced; all of these markings are from the tobiano genes.
Unless admin tells us otherwise, thus far we have no other information.

Perhaps somebody else has some other information.
