Unique Contest! Lowest Charge Trainer!
Ok, this is sort of breaking the "contest" section definition, because I am searching for a trainer, but I am still making a contest out of it.
Here is the horse that I need trained:

The contest is for me to find the lowest cost person available to train my horse Maria Bells.
Please read carefully all rules below:
Rules:
1~You must be able to train within three years
2~You must take two pictures every six months, one of the head, and one of the full body.
3~You must NOT say anything rude about me, my horses, someone else, or someone else’s horses!
4~You must try get back to me at least once a day, so if I drop my horse off to you, say, next Monday, and I ask you a question on Tuesday, you must try to answer Tuesday, not Wednesday or Thursday. There is a little grace in this rule, because life has happened to me and life may happen to you!
5~You must have an open training slot at the time of the judging. Judging will be when I have enough entries.
6~Please quote me.
7~I will quote you if you win. Check the thread to see if I have judged.
8~You must train for less than $12,000 or you can not enter!
IF YOU WIN:
You will have the pick of any one horse from these pastures,

or I will pay you the difference of the highest cost trainer entered. (Ex. You win and you charge 5k, and the highest cost of someone else entered is 7k, I will pay you your 5k for training her and the extra 2k difference.)
