Employee wanted
Hello everyone, the reason I need an employee is bc soon when ppl start asking for me to train their horse it will take longer if I have more horses to train...
Here is how it will work: I will charge 10k for a horse to b trained but they can get one more horse of theirs free. I will split the money with the employee. If two horses need training I will give on to the employee and j will train the other, he will get 10k since he/she completed training with that horse. Any questions? I feel like I am missing something

Wouldn't it be more practical to just not accept more horses than you can train at once? I personally would not send my horses to someone who subcontracts the training to someone else. Especially since the "employee" is not required to give the horse back once it's sold to them. Will you compensate the customer for their horse or horses if this happens?

Regular Trainer wanted!!

Re: Employee wanted
I agree with vallers, this would be way too dangerous without a real training system implemented where you can make sure that your horse will be returned. This may lead to some very uncomfortable situations.vallers wrote:ShadyMaple12 wrote:Hello everyone, the reason I need an employee is bc soon when ppl start asking for me to train their horse it will take longer if I have more horses to train...
