Trainer Needed

Hi! I was wondering if I could get a trainer for this guy:


I would prefer not to spend over 15k, if possible. Also, it would be nice if he could be done in a week or less. Just to clarify: I would like him at least at 90 with each stat. If you do not have a training forum, I would like to see proof that you can fulfill this requirement. Also, high-strung or spirited would be nice. Preferably finish him at 3 years, up to 3 years and 6 months. Thanks for reading this!

But I will do your horse for 10K since first time for others
I have trained a horse in 3yr, 0.5 m but can't guarantee anything under 3.5ish... will gatentee under 4 years, 98 min per stat. Let me know what you think.
