Arabians
I have tried breeding both African barb horses and an Arabian it works. I have tried breeding both Belgian and Arabian it works but I don't know if they can all be bred together.
I am no scientist

usually the foals change a little every year the first 4 or 5 years. the most being year 2 or 3 when the hair and tail really start growing and the coat darkens, etc.
if you want to cross breed, you can check out the breeding charts and see if you have something you like or want to breed for.
