How many player courses are there for the 8 skills?

Hi, I’ve got two questions. First, how many training player courses there are for each of the 8 skills (speed, stamina, strength, tempo, movement, balance, agility, and intelligence)?

Second, right now, my skill level reduction in stamina is 10% from the stamina training player courses I’ve completed. What is the highest percentage possible once I’ve completed all of the stamina courses? 20%? 40%? 50%? 80%? 100%???

The highest so far is 40%. But, the higher the level the course is, the longer it takes. Some courses can take 2+ /weeks/ to complete.
