Three colts needs their color :-)

Post by TessanKna »

Hello,

Please help me determine what color my colts have.

Lucky Sunburst

Sandyman

Mr Outlaw

I think he is a Palomino, is that right?

Lucky Sunburst looks like a buckskin to me.

Not sure about Sandyman but he looks like he has champagne.

Mr Outlaw is a palomino.

Hope this helps!

Can I have some help with this mare as well. I don't think she's white but something else.

Usually, when you have a psuedo-white horse here on the game, it's some form of single or double dilute with champagne.
Your mare definitely has champagne. It also appears to have some sort of leopard blanket on her butt, however, it's incredibly hard to see. It could be that or paint markings, I'm leaning toward paint since I'm not seeing any Lp in her pedigree. It appears she may have pangare, which makes her not black. I'm also thinking that she's a double pearl and not a combination of cream and pearl or double cream. It is possible for her to be double pearl.
So champagne on apricot would be my guess. But I could be wrong about that.
Crossing her with a double pearl may prove if she's double pearl or not, that is, if you can get her to through the non-champagne side of her coverage. If she produces any blue-eyed offspring without champagne with a double pearl, then she's guaranteed to have at least a single cream gene. She should always through one dilution, so if she throws any 'plain' foals without champagne when matched with a non-dilution horse, then you know she has at least one pearl gene (just keep in mind that cream can hide under black).

I would say Silver Sable Cream Tobiano

Since the freckles are pale and the eyes are dark, that is saying single cream champagne. The foal had a silver mane/tail and a not yellowish body, and typically that coppery color mane/tail at adult hood says brown not black base.

Sandyman is a Amber Cream
