Tutorial Glitch

So... I was doing what the tutorial was saying. I completed the second course and then it just froze. I completed a third course, but i did nothing. I don't know what to do next, I would like some help.

Try emptying your cache and check out the newbie guide, it may have some further information that may help.

You also tried switching browsers, moving to a different pc (not mac) with a different version of windows, you tried clicking the tutorial banner, you tried going into your quests page numerous times, clicking on the notification both from your mail and in your mailbox, you tried purchasing a halter, adopting a random AC horse, also making a horse wear the halter, purchasing a farm decoration, putting the farm decoration on the farm and moving it about...

None of these things worked for you... And then you also cleared your cache and you're still stuck?

If in fact, none of these worked for you, then you'll have to have admin see if they can figure it out. You can ping them or send them a note in the contact us (that's down at the bottom).

The good news is that you don't have to finish the tutorial to continue to play the game, you'll just have to ignore the banner. The only downside is that you won't get the presents from the tutorial until you finish it, however, they'll still be there whenever you can finish it.
