Getting mares 'fixed'

I read through a bit and found nothing on this. I was thinking it could be an interesting feature to add to get mares 'fixed' so that they can no longer breed. It's not something that big or important, just an idea. I believe this is something that I saw in a movie once ... (Dreamer?)

In real life mares can be “fixed”. The few people that do this do it to mares that have problems in that area (meaning that they aren’t heathy enough to be bred even if everything is okay if you get what I mean). It isn’t done very often because it is very difficult and can cause a lot of problems if not done right. A lot of mares, especially raceing mares, are “stitched up”. (You can look up what this is if you are curious). These mares can still be bred though.

Both of these would be a really cool addition to the game. I know I have a few mares I would like to keep unbred. It would also help keep lines from crossing if you sell a mare.
