Breeding problem

I want to make a Karabakh Foal.The guide says that I want [Akhal-teke x persian arabian] x [Kabarda x Turkmene] so I made a filly Akhal-teke x persian but the stallion was Turkmene x Kabarda....the foal was Grade Horse :/
So I made one stallion Kabarda x Turkmene (I thought that was the mistake) but again the foal was Grade Horse....can you tell me what I did wrong?
