Stamina Course Questions
I am Stamina course 3 and noticed that there 10 “segments” to the course. (Meaning that you have you do the course 10 times to move to the next one. In this Stamina 4. This is indicated by the golden bars) I was wondering how many Stamina and courses there are. There were 2 Energy saver courses so I am assuming there are 3 or 4 Stamina ones. Hopefully you could understand that! I am awful at explaining things. All answers appreciated!

I think the answer you're looking for is this:Rosecreekstables wrote:I am Stamina course 3 and noticed that there 10 “segments” to the course. Each level of the courses will sometimes offer multiple 'segments'. I think (if I remember correctly), that most of them offer no more than four segments. When you finish a segment, you'll notice a bunch of little gold bars appear, but each segment doesn't equal a single gold bar; you may earn two or three gold bars when you finish a segment or even more. I didn't take notice of exactly how many are earned per segment per course.

Re: Stamina Course Questions
The gold bars represent difficulty.
Every course has five parts.
There are 3 levels of each stat training, i.e Stamina I, II, and III.
