Hey,
As you guys can see I am very new to the game but I really want to try and do the best I can. One of the things I notice is that the training takes for ever. I did read that the stamina makes it a lot easier to train your horses but I still don't know what is the best way. I hope I can get an answer :)

Stamina and energy saver courses are the most important, definitely :D
