World Records

Post by Fendi »

Hello,

So i have been breeding some of the breeds i like the past week since i started on HWO. I am totaly addicted to this game and i love it a lot. I have been reading the forum also a lot but i could not find everything. :D

How does it work with breeding?
What i mean by this is the point of World Records and Stats. I have had some Arabians with 72.000 or 73.000 genetics and some nice conformation as well but how do you get to breed the best competition horses? I would like to make my game more about training and doing wel at both Competitions and colours then just only breeding for random colours on my horses like i have done the past time.

Also how can you get the best Conformation on your horses higher? I have seen Thoroughbreds with 64 Speed around and mine are pretty close to that. But i bred a foal out of 2 great parents and the Speed was less then both the Stallion and the Mare. Is there a random factor in breeding, or do you need to train the breeding pair fully to get better conformation and stats on the foal?

Thank you very much! :D

Competition really relies on the builds for a specific discipline. you don't need to train to get better stats and there is a random factor, basically this game is about as close to real life that you can get without buying a real life horse.

So only the build and the Conformation stats count? Since i see a lot of people train their top conformaton horses but that makes no sence then? I have been going through the forum but this is something i could not find!

Since Conformation counts a lot - What is the total Genetic for on the horse page? Or is this just a number and does it count for nothing?

Sorry i have so many questions haha. Thank you! ;)

Your horse needs training to do well in eventing.

If you go to a race track and pit a thoroughbred with 75 days of training against a horse with 0 days of training who is the horse most likely to win? Why?

Remember the only thing that matters in breeding is genetics, not performance. Best thing I can tell you is your really over thinking the HGP numbers, forget those for now if you are going for eventing horses. Have you read any of the guides, in that section yet.
