Cannot start more courses

I’ve been trying to take more courses to get more room for horses, but for some reason it won’t let me. When I look at the courses they still show up and tell me how many I’ve finished already, but the start button is gone.

This happened to me as well a while back... Eventually I figured out that if you don't click the "complete course" button, that course still counts as one you're currently taking. That very well may be your problem as well.
