Sidebar/tutorial help?

Okay, so I'm going through the tutorial, and it wants me to go buy a halter from the Tack Shop. Figuring that it's under the Market tab on the sidebar, I go there, but can't scroll down in order to open up the Tack Shop. Is there another way to get to the Tack Shop?

Store is for tack and things Market is for horses
