This is just an idea, please leave comments, or suggestions.
A forum under ‘marketplace’ where you post looking for a trainer. This would help clear out General Chitchat, a large number of posts there are all about that very topic, with people constantly asking for trainers. The forum could also be a place where people offered training services, without their posts being lost in General Chitchat.

Breeding partnerships can be advertised under horses for sale or breeding communities. I do not believe they will start a seperate section just for training requests, due to the future training program they are going to put in.
