The Yili breed requires this recipe:
[ Russian Don x Orlov Trotter ] x Kazakh

The Russian Don recipe requires:
[ Turkmene x Karabair ] x [ Anglo-Arabian x Karabakh ]

The Orlov Trotter recipe requires:
[ Thoroughbred x Mecklenburg ] x [ Arabian x Norfolk Trotter ]

And the Kazakh recipe requires:
[ Arabian x Mongolian ] x [ Akhal-Teke x Karabair ]

Right now there are 6 Russians for sale and 15 stallions at stud (keep in mind that the breed for sale may not be a purebred but instead a mix).

The Orlov has 4 for sale and 13 at stud.

The Kazakh only has 3 at stud, none for sale.

Depending on what you find in the market, there is a chance you may find usable horse for creating the Yili already on market or at stud.
You can see all this information from the wiki breed help section (located on the left of the screen). If you purchase the book, it will allow you to get a much better evaluation on which horses may work best for you in your search for the Yili.

If none of the recipe horses seem to suit your needs, you may need to go back a recipe or two to create for yourself the necessary breeds to get to the Yili.

Good Luck.

What I do when starting from scratch with a new breed is buying all of the eval books for every breed that I need then I just head to the market for stallions for stud or mares for sale that fits the eval perfectly. Don't be discouraged when you're a bunch of pages in and you can't find anything. At that point, I would normally just start building a bloodline for that specific breed from scratch (like little projects within a larger one). Breeding from scratch or a new breed in general takes an extremely long time so if you don't have that patience, I'll recommend you to buy from the market and not start from scratch, but whatever works for you. Good luck!

Because I normally don't have much playing time I plan on buying a Russian don or orlav trotter mare from the market... Question, how do you use/read the books?

In your horse's profile, there's a tab for called eval (it's next to gallery) and the books you bought should be in breed evaluation. You select a breed and click evaluate. There should be 4 criteria that shows up and the overall rating should be 5/5. The more the horse matches that breed or has a high overall, when it breeds with another horse also with a high overall, the offspring has a higher chance of creating that horse. For example, the Russian Don needs [Turkmene x Karabair] x [Anglo-Arabian x Karabakh]. If the Turkmene has a 5 overall for the Russian Don and the Karabair also has a 5 overall, then there's a higher chance that when the offspring of Turkmene and Karabair is breeded with the offspring of Anglo-Arabian and Karabakh, the offspring of both mixes will be a Russian Don.

Ok, are the books multiple use? Do you know good ways to get money so I can buy the books?

Yeah, the books always stay in your inventory unless you decide to sell them. To get money, I would recommend participating in competitions or you can always do local shows (takes up 3 hours of your day).
