Cap the minimum number of HWO money to 0.
When a show entry glitch caused me to have a negative money balance on my account, it caused a number of problems:
I am unable to make horse shows. I cannot accept offers for horses that I decide to accept offers from players, and players that want to buy horses from me can't buy them because the money balance error pops up.
So to prevent anyone's accounts from getting a negative balance from a show entry bug (the bug in question charges you twice when entering a horse in a show), please make it so that the amount money one can have stops at 0 dollars.
