*EP* Altai Project
Hi,
I'm currently busy with trying to breed purebred Altais and improve them to better HGP horses.
If someone has tips or wants to help me, feel welcome
I tried about 20 times to breed one with different mares and it finnaly happend; my first Altai colt out of *3 and *5 parents according to the evaluation book of the Altai breed.
I'm now trying to breed a mare and start expending my hurt with different blood to try and keep the COI low (if it's possible with my knowledge haha).

I tried so many times to finally get another Altai (my last one is like 5 years now...), but the long waiting got rewarded well....

Another beautiful filly can be added to the Altai herd
Once the first filly is a mare I can try to add new blood to the herd and expend it, so I can try to get better stats

I've bred my mixed mares once again, but I think it's the last time for them to become mother.
When my first Altai filly becomes a mare I'll breed her to an Altai stallion (don't know if it already will be new blood or not, because I got stallions that don't carry her genes, so inbred isn't possible with the right choice) and expend my herd by that.

Babe won her mothership with foaling 5 Altais and Best Mare #2 sadly died with foaling only one but my first Altai.
Best Mare #1 didn't do a good job by foaling 0 Altais, but she still was a great mother to 2 other foals which aren't in my possesion.
I really love this project, but the time to breed Altais with Altais is finally here now.
I'm going to sell all the broodmares (uhm.. all? I only have 2 haha) for a very low price, so whoever is interested can buy them at the market

I love her, but I hoped her stats would be a bit better (event hough I look back now and notice it wasn't possible :') )
