You're not using the correct coding.
If you look at your coding, it reads
horse=51193]Caballo Grande[/horse
You're actually using the incorrect horse id number (51193)
You'll want to change it every time to link up with the id of the horse you want to display or link to. The link is found at the end of the address bar on the horse's page. If this doesn't make too much sense, hit the reply on my post and look at how I did it for you.
