No problem. easy come easy go. I really like her through and her good looks and report made the cut. Which is tough for those non-spotted types at the moment.Ms. Trouble Maker wrote:
Awe sorry you didn't get any spots! But she has a fairly decent breeding report on her!and definitely!

Oh I know! lol I'm being quite strict on mine! Because I want some height, along with color and above average breeding report, if any of them don't meet them standards I re-home or sell them...though I try to re-home or sell all foals at around 4 months of age and not when they're new borns...just because in real life you wouldn't be able to do that. lolQuesthavenFarms wrote:No problem. easy come easy go. Foal does have dense spotting, more than mine, mine are more spacedEpiphany wrote:I have a theory regarding the spot density gene. I just got a foal from a new ac horse crossed with one of my herd, and I think (it might just be in my head though) that the spots look different than usual?
I might just be seeing things though, more experimenting needed :p

I got my first Appy that I LOVE -- his markings, his mane, his size, his color, his stats, his everything. If he were pure Appy, he would be perfection.
I am even training him a bit which is saying a lot. I hate training!
Can't wait to see his foals!

Re: Figuring out the Appy patterns (updated)
Congrats! and I train all my horses. lol Or so I try to...I train like 7/10 maybe, not the brood mares, if the brood mares came from 2 of my Grand champions then I see no point in training because I know they would already perform pretty well, if the brood mare gives birth to a colt, then I train him.QuesthavenFarms wrote:I got my first Appy that I LOVE -- his markings, his mane, his size, his color, his stats, his everything.
