I initially PM'd Larissa about the following suggestion, but I figured it would be good to post it in the forums.
Due to the low threshold for greens, as an additional upgrade perk, it would be useful players were able to have green attributes displayed differently as they get closer to 100%. Attributes are green if they score above 65%. Additional reference points could be 85% or 80% and 95%, for example. Differentiation could involve the text being in all caps or bold, or the highlight color being darkened, or the highlight and text colors being inverted.
