COPPA covers many things.
It is suspicious that you're replying to this topic now.
It is a little odd, since both accounts were made on the same day, mere hours apart. Your 'they wernt rude' response suggests that you know what graxlel posted before admin put them under COPPA, yet you responded to the post weeks later.

There could be Many Different Reasons that they were placed under COPPA and overall, now that you've replied, it occurs to me that you both may be the same person and that the graxlel account could very well be 'by a player under 13 years'.

Very suspicious indeed.
