'No longer post' means that they've been put under something called COPPA or have had their ability to post (among some other things) removed for a number of different reasons. These could be (but may not be limited to), being under the age of 13 years (will need parental permissions), have broken HWO rules, have been remarkably rude, combative or otherwise causing mayhem and chaos, have been warned about certain behaviors and have continued, or have been trying to cheat or outright cheating on the game or in the official discord.

'Oof' means something like ouch.
