Entry Limit For All Shows 5 Per Player

I could get on board with a private competitions section. No making money, no earning points, no earning titles strictly 'real-competition' test results with nothing else. Training Shows; I think that's what they're generally named. Not acceptable as point-earners in most circuits (racing, western, english, etc, at least none of the ones I've heard about), but often (at least the ones I attended) officially judged just as if it was a real show or competition that earns real points.

But, I do have an issue with this. I'd prefer the training show results to be separated from the regular competition results.
So if such a thing as training shows are added to the game, I want these results to not be intermixed with the others. I don't know how I'd feel about them being open for everybody to enter though. Seeing as they'd be strictly testing shows, I don't think I have a problem limiting them, I mean, allowing anybody to enter at all. In a training show, anybody could. The only use for them would be testing. There would be no prestige, no titles, no points, no money. No entry fee either.
I do wonder if and how much this would take away from our usual competitions? The quality of competition should definitely go up, but how many fewer competitors might there be?

As I consider this option further, I really like the thought of training shows. But I don't know how viable that would be.

Agree 100% would love to see Training/Schooling shows where we could easily test our horses.
This would be great to have available on our own individual farms.
If open to the public I suggest they be free to enter for the person posting the event but have an entry fee for any outside horses that enter.

Anyway, I think the general offer for a schooling or training show, was that it was NOT a money maker in any way. Therefore, there would be no additional incentive to host them or enter them, except as trials for our horses.

If we make them into a money-making option, then it's just regular showing. If the entry fee is only an entry fee, without pots, awards or out-flow of any sort (prestige, for example), it could help newbies, but we'd quickly find the same issues with these training shows as we do with regular competitions, clicking and entering without sometimes realizing the entry fee (example: 1000 entry fee 500 pot). We already have had plenty of those types of competitions.

Personally, I couldn't agree with an entry fee at all. If these types of shows were added, they'd have to be without fee and without benefit of any sort at least that's the end I'm coming from.

Maybe put X number of horses into a "Testing Pasture" and run the event privately at your own farm. Multiple choice option on the pasture for type of event. Or possibly the option to purchase the different/most popular events in the farm building site. Like one for Racing, one for Dressage, one for Barrels, Endurance, Pleasure, etc. heck, why not all the different venues? That would make the developers more money

We have plenty of inventory space, but our farms are limited. To have all of those out at one time, may mean sacrificing some head-room, literally!

Would also give a new option for trainers as well. To 'upgrade' their businesses, they'd purchase those trial... um...? classrooms? and send the trained horse back with a listing of trial scores as well.

That's good to know. I sure hope they take this into consideration.
