horses that meet requirements but aren't the right breed?(update)

Body type wise I know about the pony thing, but build is Medium Heavy to Very Heavy, and she's medium heavy. So I don't understand why it's red.

Some on the borderline go red even if is says the right build, usually one of the body size or type is out by too much
