I'll write the heights that are in the game then and just make a note in the description if it's a lot different from what other sources say.

Would also be nice to have images of the breeds as well to have a clue about what they're supposed to look like but it seems I can't get the old demo to work (which otherwise could be used to customize a look of some breeds).

but I think the Knab might be one of them. In Europe they'll have one standardized height, but in the US, I think (and I could be wrong), the standardized height is much broader.

The US doesn't have its own Knab registry. The original US registry only came about because KNN wasn't involved. KNN started sending inspectors our way in 2009, and the original US directory closed in 2011.

Well, that shows how good my memory is nowadays! I wonder if I'm thinking of another breed then?

Yes, it would be nice to see representative horses rather than a... random? it's not random... but it's also not the newest addition born... could it be the last one that was newly created? I think it's the last one that's newly created... But I've taken notice that they aren't the best portrayal in some cases.

The demo was taken offline quite some time ago. But I'm not the only one that misses playing with it.

I have no idea how the decision is made as to what picture to show for each breed. It looks totally random and it's very dependant on what kind of picture players save on their horses. Some are just a picture of the horse's head or too small. I would also say that most are not even the best representatives of the breed either. Which is why it would be nice to have the demo and try to create a good standard.

I wish the game had taken a direct image of the first horse of each breed to be created and saved that the wiki image. Those at least would have been a good representation of what the game is looking for for each breed.
