Do ALL adopted horses have a perfect eval?
So,I recently purchased the Arabian Eval book, and the score came back as perfect, so I decided to test my luck (is it luck?) and get an Arabian stallion, who, also had a perfect eval. As I want to continue saving up PTs,so I wasn't going to adopt any more horses. But maybe y'all had an answer!
DO ALL ADOPTED HORSES HAVE A PERFECT EVALUATION??
Thank You!

You can accept that generally speaking they'll be 'perfect' with 5 stars, but there does appear once in awhile an AC horse that scores just outside of some stat. I've seen AC horses that are just too tall or just too short. Although those are the only non-perfect horses I've ever seen, I suspect that there could be other stats that just fail by the skin of the teeth.
I have never seen less that 4 stars however.
