Competition level question

How do I host a competition for level 2 or higher? I can only host a lvl 1 competition...
Do I need premium? Do I need to have a specific amount of skill in the profile thingy??

Never mind I actually just found out that I need to have the skills to do it.

But which skill do I need to level in then?

Never mind I actually just found out that I need to have the skills to do it.

But which skill do I need to level in then?
It should tell you which one you need right on there.
Management increases how many you can have running at any one time (up to 11 max).
Coordination increases the higher level you can host.
