Pangare chestnut?

After browsing the forum a bit, and looking at the guides, I think this guy is a pangare chestnut. I just want to make sure, though.

I'd bet on him being a red roan with heavy pangaré ;)

Would say she expresses pangaré too other than being a regular chestnut :)
