Re: Pinging QuestHaven!!!
There are older players on here that offer aid to younger players. We try to discourage outright asking to direct players that don't have specific posts that first offer. You can ask for sponsorship, but please refrain from asking directly to a specific player. Ask for sponsorship from the community at large only.Horses#9 wrote:Hi was wondering sinch you help me I know this is a lot to ask but would you consider sponsoring my friend as she is super jealous of all my trained horses and she has told me that she is struggling with money as nobody will buy her horses
I know you don't just grow money you have to earn it but such you was super douper nice I just thought I would ask

I haven't told her because didn't know if you would
That being said, we do also try to aid our newbie's from struggling too much, unless they choose to.

There are a number of reasons why horses don't willingly sell. Of them, rarity on the market, COI, HGP and perhaps most greatly weighted, training, comes into heavy play. If by chance, these horses your friend has, have no offspring and your friend has no real need of them, then rehoming is likely the better option. It is up to us to figure out what our horse's lack. Our community isn't the largest nor is it the most developed just yet, so sale horses may go through long dry periods between periods of being 'sold out'.
The community prefers to send newbies a grinder horse to get them started, for a number of reasons. It's a single sale, it can earn quite a huge amount of money during it's career, even if it's used solely as a local grinder and the newbie's appear to achieve monetary success or independence after the sale of just that single grinder.
If your friend is indeed struggling so much, have them search for a grinder. Many of us will keep a look out for younger players and will even sell a very pricey horse for free to aid newbies, including myself. When I sell my own horses, when they're fully trained, I will even make note in their sales ad that it's a newbie sale potential horse.
