Looking for a Good Shetland Pony Stallion

Hello! I'm going to try and start improving the Shetland Pony breed, only I don't have a good stallion to start with. Does anyone have a SP stud that has a good HGP (40k+), no reds, and possibly a few golds, that they would be willing to let me use for a cheap price? Color doesn't really matter. Thank you!
